We provide a full in-depth service for a wide range of clients, using the most effective collection techniques for each specific debt. In cases where a debt is disputed or statutory demands to recover money are defended, we use the services of our trusted legal partner.

We understand that you want to be kept aware of the action being taken on your cases, so we will consult you as developments occur and provide regular reports on your debt portfolio.

At Inksmoor, we are aware of existing business relationships. Should any special protocol be necessary, we are only too happy to work within those requirements.

If we are successful in recovering the debt, we will take a commission based on the overall value of the debt. Our fees, which exclude any court costs or disbursements, are as follows:

• £0-£1000 recovered: 10 percent, subject to a minimum of £50 plus VAT
• £1000-£5000 recovered: 7.5 percent plus VAT
• £5000 or more recovered: 5 percent plus VAT

If we are unsuccessful and are unable to collect your debt, we will make no charge for our time and services.
